Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla), Marshmallow Root (Althaea officinalis), Plantain (Plantago major)

All ingredients are organic or ethically wild harvested.

Benefits

Chamomile is known to decrease inflammatory states in the nervous system. It is used for indigestion, gas, and accompanying pain, gastritis, gastric ulcers, and ibs. Other properties include, antispasmodic, anti inflammatory, antimicrobial, antifungal, antiseptic, analgesic.

Marshmallow Root is used for soothing mucous membrane irritation in the gastrointestinal tract, respiratory tract and urinary tract. It is moistening, cooling, antispasmodic, anti inflammatory, demulcent, vulnerary, and a mild diuretic.

Plantain is a powerful wound healing herb and used for gastrointestinal irritation. It is slightly bitter, cooling, drying, antiseptic, antibacterial, diuretic, anti-inflammatory, vulnerary, and astringent.

Suggested Use

.Infuse 1 tablespoon of herbs in 8oz of hot water, cover and let sit for 8 hours.

Tip: Make three cups at once, filling a mason jar and infusing overnight. Store in the refrigerator for up to three days. If you reheat tea, do not bring to boil or use the microwave. Don’t consume more than three cups of Gut Repair herbal infusion in a day.
